Own social media content plans for one of our regions from idea through publishing and promotion, working collaboratively across the broader marketing team and under the direction of Social Media leadership. Develop strategy, generate content and analyze data to help drive business objectives.

Work directly with senior management to develop regulatory case filings and strategies that support the company's strategic goals and objectives. Consult with subject matter experts throughout the company to develop filings and strategies consistent with company goals. Communicate and work effectively with regulatory case management teams to ensure filings consistent with strategies.

Position is accountable for excellent communications project management, writing and client service. Contributes to corporate goals and targets through implementation of communications plans for internal and external audiences. Coordinates work with other Communications staff to ensure alignment with overall strategy for the company and/or business units, jurisdictions and issues.

The Vice President, Innovation and Transformation Office will lead the enterprise-wide transformation of One Xcel Energy Way, a Lean operating system, the enterprise Change Management function, and Robotic Process Automation center-of-excellence, driving strategic innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
