The Accountant is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Finance, carrying out the Foundation’saccounting function, and maintaining internal controls. The position requires an ability to apply advancedmathematical concepts to ensure financial and accounting accuracy, reliability and analysis; an ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; and an ability to explain and present financial information.

The Data Systems Manager plays a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’sinformation technology systems to advance foundation objectives. As the internal expert on databases andsoftware interconnectivity, this position leads the development and administration of the grants managementsystem and ensures seamless integration with finance and other organizational platforms.

The Executive Assistant and Board Liaison is a trusted partner to the President & CEO, providing high-levelexecutive support and serving as a critical link between the executive office, Board of Directors, and internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures the CEO’s time and priorities are effectively managed, enabling focus on strategic leadership.

The Grants Management Coordinator provides important support to the organization, with a primary focus onthe philanthropy team. This role blends project management, grants management, research, and communityengagement with responsibility for implementing internal and external communications efforts.
