The Senior Manager of Youth Development oversees, develops, and sustains quality experiences for middle school students in after school and the summer. This leadership role employs, retains, and supports diverse educators, coaches, interns, schools, volunteers, and partners to provide equitable and engaging opportunities for youth. Associated programs include but are not limited to Middle School Soccer, COPA Soccer tournament, Middle School clubs and services, and family engagement.
