The Director of Compliance is a strategic leader within the People Resources department, reporting to the VP of People Practices. This role is responsible for developing and executing scalable and sustainable programs that support people compliance matters across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, this position delivers proactive HR solutions, ensures regulatory alignment, and supports a culture of ethical behavior, accountability, and respectful employee engagement.

The Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for leading learning solutions that enhance Alterra’s leader & managerial effectiveness, focusing on the creation, management, and continuous improvement of professional and leadership development programs.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Legal – Acquisitions & Investments.
