CRM Manager, Mobile
The CRM Manager, Mobile will be responsible for the leadership and execution of multi-channel CRM initiatives with a heavy emphasis on mobile marketing. The position will primarily focus on messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy throughout the customer journey, working closely with other digital channels to drive incremental visits and revenue, as well as build customer retention and loyalty.
Marketing Analytics Manager
The position is responsible for leading the marketing analytics practice that provides business insights, campaign analytics, and data mining that drives strategy and results across Alterra. The Marketing Analytics Manager provides leadership and management of the marketing analytics platform, key analytic report/dashboard generation, modeling projects, and data processes from the customer database to the analytics platform.
