CA seeks a full-time staff position which reports directly to the Lower School Principal effective June 2025. The primary role of this position is to support the principal, faculty, staff, parents, and students in the Lower School. This is a full-time, 12-month position. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support the Lower School.

Colorado Academy (“CA”) seeks a meticulous and organized staff accountant to join our Business Office. This position is responsible for processing student billing, managing accounts receivable and maintaining accurate financial records. The position will also be responsible for monthly accounting processes, such as bank reconciliations and journal entries and will work closely with the Director of Finance on various projects.
