Deputy Director of Policy, Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission (ECMC)
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of Rule and Policy required to effectively regulate the development of energy in Colorado. It also directs financial policy and expenditures, oversees the Hearings Unit, Community Relations Unit, and the Finance Unit.
