The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) employs approximately 1,400 hard-working and dedicated employees throughout Colorado. We can be seen performing functions as varied as auditing and collecting taxes, issuing driver licenses and motor vehicle titles, marketing lottery products, enforcing liquor laws, and regulating gaming, horse racing, marijuana, and the auto industry and assisting the citizens of our state. The Colorado Department of Revenue will provide quality service to our customers in fulfillment of our fiduciary and statutory responsibilities while instilling public confidence through professional and responsive employees.

Racing Division Director

The Racing Division Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Division of Racing; this position is responsible for ensuring that the mission of the agency to serve the best interests of the wagering public and the citizens of Colorado and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all racing industry members and racehorses in the care and custody of breeders or adoption organizations is achieved.
