Director of Early Childhood Access

The Director of Early Childhood Access plays a central leadership role in ensuring families can equitably access early care and education through tuition subsidies and universal preschool programming. This role oversees implementation and administration of up to $11M annually in child care tuition subsidies.

Finance Director (Controller)

The Finance Director oversees day-to-day financial management, fund accounting, compliance tracking, and reporting across multiple complex funding streams. This includes voter-approved tax revenue, government contracts, grants, tuition subsidies, workforce investments, and other restricted and unrestricted funds.

Chief Impact Officer

NoCo Kids Thrive, formerly Early Childhood Council of Larimer County, is hiring for a Chief Impact Officer (CIO). As a key member of the organization’s executive team, they play a central role in shaping and advancing our long-term vision by building and stewarding a cohesive story of impact rooted in both compelling storytelling and rigorous data. The CIO oversees the Communications and Evaluation teams, ensuring strong leadership, clear priorities, and seamless coordination across functions.
