As the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Social Media Marketing team in building a robust network of creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to expand Otter Product’s social influence and brand relevancy. This position functions as the senior manager of the learning and evaluation functions and program audit of TWT. It oversees organizational effectiveness measurement, learning, and evaluation. It provides a research function that informs the grantmaking of the organization. Additionally, it audits grant programs to ensure that grant funds and services delivered were used in the manner in which they were approved.
We are looking for an extraordinary individual who will further elevate the Program through expanded engagement with external partners to develop students’ skills in leadership and engineering excellence. We are also seeking someone who will enhance the scholars’ innovation and design thinking skills through closer partnership with the CSU Institute of Entrepreneurship, the local and regional startup ecosystem, and potentially the creation of a living-learning community.
