Colorado State University’s Human Resources Department seeks a Human Resources professional to join the HR Department’s team as an HR Solutions Partner. Under the direction of the Associate Director, the HR Solutions Partner coordinates with organizations/departments and human resources to implement services, policies and programs that will support a high performance workforce. This position is responsible for developing collaborative working relationships with internal customers (managers, supervisors and leaders) to deliver human resources value-added solutions, and act as point of contact with employees on human resources matters. The goal is to assist with the creation of a positive and effective workplace by providing consulting services, advice and support to employees and managers/supervisors with regard to rule and policy interpretation, performance management, workplace behavior consultation, leave coordination, employee/supervisor communication and training. The position is responsible for managing work force activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices through a clear understanding of the vision and strategies of the departments being supported.

Digital Content Coordinator

Colorado State University is seeking to hire a creative and dynamic digital storyteller for the position of Digital Coordinator for the College of Agriculture Sciences (CAS). We’re looking for a content creator with Adobe Creative Suite experience who brings new ideas to the table and is passionate about social media and digital trends. This position is responsible for creating compelling, engaging, audience-appropriate social and digital content including videos, graphics, and photos and will write and edit content for the college website/news outlets. The Digital Coordinator will excel in a collaborative environment, engage and build relationships with target audiences (prospective students, current students, alumni, donors, faculty/staff, industry partners). This position will manage, organize and implement a wide range of projects to elevate the CAS brand and support student recruitment goals.

Annual Salary: $50,000
