Employee Benefits, Data Analytics and Financial Reporting Lead

The Employee Benefits, Data Analytics and Financial Reporting Lead is an integral component of the Human Resources team and reports directly to the Chief Total Rewards Officer. The incumbent will work independently and is responsible for accounting, compliance and benefits data administration in accordance with applicable federal and state governing laws and master plan documents for each program, and serves as a technical resource to retirees and insurance companies, while developing strong relationships with our plan participants and contracted vendors. Under minimal supervision, the Lead will perform a variety of analytical, accounting, regulatory compliance and reporting functions including authority to interpret and approve retirement subsidies in accordance with the Board of Governor’s established requirements. The Lead is also responsible for understanding and carrying-forward administrative requirements of Colorado PERA for eligible employee contributions and retiree subsidies. This position provides effective direction in a manner that ensures operational excellence and quality customer service. The Lead will work with vendors to create file interface deliverables, analyze data, draw conclusions and create process improvements in the accounting and employee benefits data facets of HR. This role will provide daily oversight to a team of two staff and perform other duties as assigned. This position requires outstanding organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, advanced Excel capabilities, and use of SQLs. The Lead must be punctual, personable, results driven, motivated, confident to work in a professional fast-paced environment, and possess a drive for service excellence.

Family Support Coordinator

Donor Alliance is hiring a Family Support Coordinator (FSC) in Northern Colorado! The FSC position is the front line staff member responding to potential organ donor referrals from hospitals. Referral information is assessed via rapid phone response, and often is followed with on-site response to the hospital for clinical and social evaluation of referral scenarios.

The FSC interfaces with hospital staff to assess and influence case progression. This position supports and educates the potential donor’s legal next-of-kin (NOK) regarding donation options. The FSC conducts discussion of authorization by donor designation (i.e. first person authorization via donor registry, when applicable) or requests authorization from legal NOK. This position assists with Hospital Development strategies and activities to improve the donation process.

The Northern Colorado FSC position works closely with the Donation Consultant in northern Colorado to optimize responses and education for northern Colorado hospitals.
