Communications Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Communications department through a variety of communication projects and activities with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and implement the planning, strategic advising, design, writing, editing, and coordination of district publications, news releases, and other new and continuing marketing, public relations and communications programs for the district, staff, and community. Promote positive relationships among staff, administrators, and community members for the benefit of Poudre School District.

K12 Partnerships Manager

The K12 Partnerships Manager will develop and sustain productive relationships with our current and future K-12 education partners in Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes Park. This individual will spend time cultivating relationships with teachers, counselors, district staff and students and will spend the bulk of their time at high schools working to recruit students into the program by conducting a variety of recruitment activities including teacher trainings, student information sessions, one-on-one application support and more.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is a creative and strategic leader who will utilize relationships, partnerships and a variety of communication mediums to position United Way of Larimer County (UWLC) as a leader in the community. The Director will effectively communicate UWLC’s mission and ensure all communication to donors, volunteers and community members is professional, effective and impactful. The Director serves on the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors Marketing Committee. The Director will increase brand awareness for United Way through strategic advertising and media relations and will support all departments and events with marketing plans, communication and advertising. The position is responsible for writing, media relations, brand standards, UWLC reports and quality certifications, the annual report, website and collateral design, editing, supporting Executive staff with speeches, staff and board messaging, and revenue generating campaigns.

University Advancement and the Office of the Vice President for Research seek a full-time Assistant Director of Development (ADoD). This is a mid-level development professional position directly responsible for securing major funding ($25,000 and above) for university-wide interdisciplinary research and programmatic fundraising priorities as designated by the Vice President for Research. With a service orientation and focus, the ADoD will advance the university’s research mission by using the tenets of donor moves management to manage the identification, cultivation, successful solicitation, and stewardship of donors for assigned programs.

Director of Communications

Individual’s duties also involve the performance of work requiring imagination, originality and talent in designing and creating artistic video content that enhances and extends the Colorado State Athletics brand; individual also collaborates with multiple internal and external constituent groups to identify and capture stories; institutes best practices; assists with development of unit workflows to produce ample and timely content; is actively involved in the game-day atmosphere; and cultivates fan engagement and affinity through effective storytelling.

Young Alumni & Student Engagement Specialist

The Young Alumni & Student Engagement Specialist is responsible for creating and managing meaningful young alumni engagement experiences locally, regionally, and nationally as well as initiatives focused to engage current students with the Alumni Association. This position is responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on best strategies to utilize events as alumni, member, student, and donor engagement opportunities in order to meet unit goals. They will build positive relationships with internal and external partners. And, they will create and manage meaningful opportunities targeted at young alumni and students that will strengthen their relationship with CSU through involvement in events, programs, and related experiences. This position will serve as an Alumni Association lead on events.
