Director of College Communications

The College of Natural Sciences at Colorado State University seeks applications for the position of Director of College Communications. This diverse college is seeking a full-time, experienced, science-based individual who will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic communications for the College; efforts in digital, print, and social media communications; and public relations projects, services, and strategies.

Web Merchant

The Web Merchant is responsible for the on-site product representation and merchandising of the
company’s eCommerce. This includes receiving, validating, and updating content on product pages,
on-site SEO, and content management. The Web Merchant will ensure an omni-channel approach
between our online presence with our four brick and mortar retail locations. Using data-driven
analytics to suggest changes to the site, the primary goal of this position is to drive revenue
growth, customer engagement, and conversions.

Associate Director of Development

The ideal candidate for this position will be a consummate professional and will thrive in a fast-paced campaign, metrics/results-driven fundraising environment. The candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with donors, prospective donors, alumni, colleagues, faculty, staff, and students. Eligible candidates will understand how they can make a difference in supporting the future direction of both CSU, CVMBS, and the FACC, while also meeting targeted timelines.

Executive Assistant to the Assistant Vice President

The Executive Assistant reports to and works primarily with the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students. This position also supports the Associate Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Parent and Family Programs, and Ram Welcome Coordination. The position provides project coordination, and administrative and program support to these administrators and the offices they supervise in the Campus Life Cluster. The Executive Assistant serves as a member of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) office team and works collaboratively with other staff to meet the needs of the office and Division.

Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Performs administrative duties for the Executive Management and fulfills functions related to management of the day-to-day operations of the Poudre Heritage Alliance office. The Resource Development Specialist manages the fundraising activities and membership program of the Gardens on Spring Creek, our community botanic garden. The position reports to the Executive Director and works with the Friends of the Gardens Board of Directors to develop strategies and with other Gardens staff and volunteers on execution to maximize total contributed revenue.
