Marketing Strategist

The Marketing Strategist plays a key role in marketing Colorado State University to students across the state, nation, and world through CSU Online. This position helps achieve the Division’s enrollment goals and strategic priorities through planning and buying media; managing and coordinating marketing projects; and collaborating with faculty and staff in departments, as well as internal program and marketing staff, to collect information, define target audiences, and implement marketing plans.
The position participates in establishing marketing strategy and then collaborates and coordinates with designers, writers, and program and technical staff to carry out marketing plans and launch new programs. The position manages marketing budgets, utilizes analytics to evaluate return on investment, and adjusts strategies and media plans to optimize performance to meet quantitative marketing objectives and support recruitment and enrollment objectives.
The position stays abreast of marketing trends and best practices and thrives on being a part of a continuous learning environment that consistently reaches for new bounds and seeks fresh insights. The Marketing Strategist is a strategic thinker and a results-driven, data-minded, detail-oriented, highly organized team player who is able to work in a problem-solving environment.

Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services

We are seeking a successful and energetic individual who has a proven track record with a collaborative approach and our vision to build one of the nation’s premier alumni relations teams. The CSU Alumni Association facilitates meaningful relationships between its 210,000+ alumni and the University. Using a combination of proven alumni engagement strategies and new, innovative approaches; the Alumni Association strives to celebrate the success of our alumni, build an emotional connection back to the institution, and help alumni to identify meaningful volunteer opportunities. In addition, the Association is excited to embark upon the construction of a new Alumni Center to serve as a place of pride and home to more than 210,000 alumni when they return to campus. This 20,000 square foot facility is slated to open in summer 2017.

The Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences for alumni, members, donors, students, and friends who utilize the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center and take advantage of its services, including alumni center/stadium tours, interactive displays, storytelling features, and rental of meeting and event space. He/she will build positive relationships with internal and external partners and create and manage meaningful opportunities for alumni that strengthen their relationship with CSU. This position will execute a comprehensive guest relations strategy and solicit/schedule events in the Smith Alumni Center.

Manager, Behavioral Health Strategy and Implementation
