We’re looking for a VP of Retail Operations to own the operating infrastructure behind our multi-unit footprint of coaching centers — process, tools and technology, real estate, and franchise operations. This role builds and runs the machine that lets every center operate efficiently and scale predictably. This seat is about the systems, standards, locations, and franchise relationships that support coaches and centers, not about managing coaches directly.
