Controller

Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the CEO, the Controller will be responsible for the long term financial health of BBBSC. In addition, s/he will partner with the Leadership Team, the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies across the organization and ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial compliance and reporting for BBBSC. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace with both attention to detail and global picture of the organization.

Brand Director

The Brand Director is responsible for leading our creative team with a focus on creating branded environments within our facilities and experiential marketing activations that will ultimately drive member growth and retention for El Cap. The Brand Director will shape the vision and strategy that will bring our brand to life, delivering this experience through all aspects of the organization by partnering with our marketing and retail directors and cross-functional groups to align on brand expression and creative strategy. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and currently has responsibility for a remote team of three creative professionals and is based out of our head office in Engelwood, Colorado.

Position Summary:

The Director of Rural Health and Hospitals is responsible for working with federal and state government agencies, professional organizations, and other state and national rural health organizations, and CHA members regarding issues affecting rural healthcare in communities in Colorado. This position is also expected to monitor, review and analyze national and state healthcare issues and policies, and communicate information that facilitates member decision making as it relates to a broad range of rural health care issues. The Director of Rural Health and Hospitals is responsible for being knowledgeable on, and for staying abreast of, changes in all facets of rural healthcare and to discern how these changes would impact Colorado’s rural hospitals.

HR Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner provides professional and consulting support in the functional areas of human resources management to include management practices, general employment practices, recruitment and selection, human resource development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, training, and health and safety.

The Program Assistant provides operational support to the Membership department specific to the area of certification.

Creative Director

Good Sam is now hiring a Creative Director to be based at our Englewood, CO Headquarters. The Creative Director guides all direct mail, retail signage and advertising projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. Must have the ability to lead others but also keep one foot in the trenches, helping to generate the big ideas and serve as a Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director where needed.

Child Care Partnership Specialist

Through an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (EHS-CCP) grant ELV and its collaborators are poised to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive early childhood services to eligible children in high-need, low-capacity communities in six counties across Colorado. ELV’s ability to maximize efficiency and effectiveness through their innovative shared services model will allow the service delivery team to leverage resources in support of infant and toddler development. This position reports directly to the ELV Quality Child Care Partnership Management team.

Client Account Specialist

The Client Account Specialist will interact with early child care programs, directors and key staff, and other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about ELV’s shared services products and services. The Client Account Specialist will train early child care programs on the use of ELV’s web-based software system and online resource platform. The Client Account Specialist will assist with recruitment of new customers, process new customer contracts, schedule training sessions, conduct training sessions, respond to customer questions and concerns, provide referral services, collaborate with team members to develop and improve various processes and policies, and follow procedures to ensure best practices are executed.
