Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) seeks an Associate Director, Planned Giving, who will have primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of current and prospective donors, focusing on cultivating, soliciting, and closing planned gifts. This includes qualifying leads generated internally and externally, responding to inquiries with tailored estate-planning education, and preparing life-income gift proposals for donors and their advisors.

The Associate Director, Major Gifts, will conduct personal visits and other meaningful interactions to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and close annual and special gifts as well as to provide stewardship to their donors. The Associate Director, Major Gifts, is responsible for ensuring maximum results by recommending the strategies needed to successfully solicit their portfolio for annual and event gifts.

As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Director of Development partners strategically with the Chief Advancement Officer to design, oversee, and execute comprehensive fundraising initiatives aimed at achieving annual individual philanthropic revenue of $8 - 10 million.
