The Accounts and Payroll Specialist supports NeedlePaint's day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role manages customer invoicing, vendor invoice and payment processing, payroll administration, routine bookkeeping, expense tracking, purchasing, and recurring financial reporting.The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, responsive, and comfortable independently managing recurring deadlines while handling confidential financial and employee information.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator to work closely with our wholesale accounts to coordinate orders with our internal team and factories. This person will be an important link between our customers, internal team, and factories, making sure orders are entered accurately, questions are answered quickly, and projects move smoothly from order placement through production and delivery.
