The Development Specialist supports fundraising and development efforts. This position has a range of responsibilities including individual and corporate donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, special events, grants, and annual appeal creation and implementation.

The Manager of Marketing and Communications drives growth, brand awareness, and TCC’s mission by strengthening the agency’s brand and corporate identity in the broader community, with donors, and in the child welfare sector. This position helps build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
