This position provides leadership, cohesion, and operational management across CU Boulder’s group visit portfolio. This role supervises both the School Visit Program Coordinators, ensuring aligned innovative practices, visit accessibility, and inclusive; mission aligned programming across all grade levels. The Assistant Director strengthens pipelines, expands access, and creates innovative, experiential, and culturally responsive programming serving diverse student communities across Colorado.

The Program Manager for Career Readiness and Lifelong Success will lead A&S initiatives geared toward making vital connections to benefit undergraduates in the short, medium, and long term. Through coordinating across units to clarify the landscape of current opportunities for enhancing career readiness, launching and leading new programs in this critical arena, and communicating these offerings to all collaborators (students, advisors, faculty, and others)

This is a full-time role in the Office of SRC, handling day-to-day issues that necessitate a media response or could require public messaging later. This position reports to the Director of Issues Management and Spokesperson and assists the Director in leading assignments across the Issues Management team.
