The Senior Director, Talent Management is a pivotal enterprise leader responsible for owning and advancing an integrated, inclusive talent strategy that directly enables business outcomes. This role represents a shift from managing discrete talent programs to architecting and operationalizing a cohesive talent system—aligning workforce strategy, leadership capability, and talent infrastructure to support growth, performance, and long-term organizational health.

We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Manager, Content Marketing to lead the evolution and activation of our social-first content ecosystem across the Enterprise. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Organic Social, Influencer, Paid Media, Creative, Resort Marketing, and other channel teams to maximize the value, reach, and performance of content across the organization.

The Community Association Manager (CAM) oversees a portfolio of residential buildings and shared amenities such as landscaping, roofing, elevators, garages, corridors, HVAC systems, pools, and hot tubs. This role works in direct partnership with HOA Executive Boards to ensure each community is well-maintained, financially sound, and aligned with Kindred Resort’s commitment to extreme kindness and active excellence.
