As an Online Community and Advocacy Manager in our Broomfield, CO office, you are responsible for the daily management of several communities, VIP, / Ambassador programs and social care. You will interface with internal and external members, proactively manage the member experience and report on your activities. You are internet savvy with a technical acumen that empowers you to manage our community platform and provide strategic direction and structure around reviews within the VIP/Ambassador programs. You will perform daily moderation tasks and provide regular content to keep the communities informed. Your ability to drive new strategy and programs will be called upon when facilitating community growth and engagement. Working cross functionally with the Online, Marketing, Social Media and Support teams as well as Product Development you will maintain a consistent brand presence and message while implementing best practice engagement programs.
