Digital Marketing Manager

Maintain and optimize all web sites and digital media campaigns ranging from SEM, display and paid social within the Vail Resort Retail portfolio. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving all digital analytics, built from a variety of data sources including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Omniture, Exact Target and Point of Sale data to measure and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. The Digital Marketing Manager will drive the strategy, development and execution for our rental ecommerce platforms; rentskis.com and skirentals.com along with all digital plans in support of overarching campaigns and brands.

Season Pass Brand Manager

The Brand Manager, Season Pass is responsible for helping Vail Resorts grow season pass sales. This position will develop marketing strategies to grow awareness about the season pass offerings, have a deep understanding of why guests buy season passes, and how to secure commitment before the beginning of the ski season.

The ideal leader for this role will have experience in developing go-to-market plans to drive awareness and sales for a lifestyle product. They will have extensive experience in establishing data-driven KPI’s and using metrics to drive decision making.

Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Vail Mountain is looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to join their team. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is primarily responsible for driving the strategy to achieve the revenue goals for the different lines of business at the resort. This position will create and direct the plan to drive growth for the various lines of business at the resort, including Ski School, Hospitality, Lift Tickets, Mountain Dining, and other lines of business. The SR MGR of Product Marketing will also help develop and actively monitor key performance indicators for the resort’s revenue centers, optimize tactics where needed, and work with various stakeholders to deliver the resort’s revenue goals for these lines of business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience creating strategy to achieve business goals, must possess keen analytical insights, have accountability to KPIs, and deliver against performance metrics. The role incorporates a critical set of responsibilities that encompass directing strategy and execution to promote all elements of a guest vacation journey to guests who have identified the resort as their vacation destination. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator that is able to give and take positive feedback, as well as effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and prioritize workflow. He/she will have will have their hands in many different types of projects and be responsible for delivering results on-time in a very fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial, as well as the ability to delegate and inspire confidence in stakeholders to deliver upon the growth objectives of their line of business.

Use in depth marketing industry knowledge and gain a deep understanding of internal business goals to develop impactful contact strategy, email content, segmentation schemes, and email preferences while maintaining industry best practices including browser/client/mobile compatibility, personalization of subject lines, use of images, gif, video, and more.
