Sr. Specialist, Hospitality Marketing

The Sr. Specialist, Hospitality Marketing assists in all the marketing promotions, programs and go-to-market execution to fulfill the plans for driving revenue and room night occupancy at hotel and managed lodging properties across the Vail Resorts portfolio of North American mountain resorts. This person assists in the execution of marketing programs, initiatives and marketing promotions and messaging to drive lodging occupancy, room nights and revenue. They help build and deploy promotional lodging offers, oversee content development for multiple channels and platforms, and work cross-functionally with other Marketing centers of excellence in powering the go to market strategy for multiple lodging properties across resorts and geographies.

Senior Manager of Communications

The Senior Manager of Communications will lead all communications efforts for Vail Mountain and will oversee Communications efforts at Beaver Creek Resort as well. The Senior Manager will develop compelling communications strategies across multiple brands, provide strong leadership to a dispersed team, and build strong internal and external relationships including in the resorts, in the corporate office, and with media. The Senior Manager should be driven, agile, and emotionally intelligent, with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced work environment.

Digital Experience Specialist

Vail Resorts is hiring a Digital Experience Specialist who will be responsible for improving our website experience for Lift Access products. Do you have passion for delivering a digital experience that is effortless? Do you want to be challenged and have a meaningful impact on driving business performance as well as creating an Experience of Lifetime for our guests? We are seeking an Digital Experience Specialist who has a curiosity to learn how things work, become a subject matter expert in our content management systems, is able to troubleshoot website issues, provide UX recommendations, write enhancement requirements and lead projects through development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and launch. This person must also be a highly effective communicator to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Corporate Communications Specialist

This team member will support the Director of Communications – Internal Lead, help to create and execute employee communications in the U.S. and ensure alignment with colleagues at the global level. Our employee communications team is critical to the articulation of our “One Planet. One Health” vision, and the activation of our corporate mission and purpose. Major communications moments include company milestones and events, such as quarterly Town Hall meetings and our annual Danone Day celebration, as well as business-driven announcements. This position interacts with our senior leaders, including our CEO, and internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization, with a particular focus on our partners in the Human Resources team.
