The Sales Representative sells homes at established prices and accomplishes goals set by the Director of Sales and/or Area Sales Manager. This role identifies buyers' needs and provides exceptional customer service in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. This position cultivates a culture of continuous improvement and actively drives process optimization and skill enhancement within the team and the organization.

Reporting to the VP Marketing and based out of the Denver office, the Digital Marketing Manager cleans up, optimizes, and scales the organization's digital footprint. This position will inherit the existing digital channels and agency relationship, institute strong tracking and CRM hygiene, and transform the marketing engine into a high-performing lead-generation machine.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of marketing collateral, spanning digital assets, print, social media, and web graphics. This role plays a key part in empowering regional divisions by designing robust, user-friendly marketing templates in Canva that enable nimble local execution while maintaining strict brand standards.
