Manager, CRM, Loyalty & Engagement

Based at our Englewood Home Office, the Manager of CRM, Loyalty & Engagement leads the management and design of national engagement marketing programs and tactics, including the Red Robin Royalty® program. It is a critical time for our business as we evolve our Royalty program for the future including upgrading our loyalty platform and launching a marketing automation platform. This person is both the internal and external champion for our guests and the Royalty program across all Red Robin customer touch points, including e-Commerce, in-restaurant, email, SMS, guest relations, website, direct mail, social media and events.

Manager, Road Service Administration

Primary function of this position will be to apply analysis of business systems, operations activities, and training solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes for both current and future business needs across multiple departments and throughout the company. Position often involves working and consulting with business management and operations support staff to define business and work process requirements, understand application training requirements, assisting in configuring applications, test system functionality, document system functionality, train users, apply the use of related tools, and participate in related project work.

Database Administrator, Intermediate

Manages and maintains the organizational databases of medium to high complexity. Optimizes database configuration and access. Resolves database performance and capacity issues. Builds, schedules, and monitors ETL jobs to import data from outside sources as needed. Works with the Business Intelligence Developers/Analysts on the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Platform.
