Serves as the lead liaison on state governmental issues. Reports to Vice President of Government Relations. Represents CoBank at various state legislative events. Monitors and helps develop industry relations, political engagement and grassroot support for CoBank-supported policy positions at the state level of government. Represents CoBank externally and works with state elected officials and industry partners.

Working closely with marketing leadership, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts, the Content Manager ensures content strategies align with business objectives, brand standards, and evolving digital marketing best practices. The position manages a team of writers, a social media coordinator, and marketing coordinator and translates complex technical information into compelling content that engages target audiences and supports strategic goals.
The Executive Director is Responsible for increasing mission activities through effective and successful implementation of fundraising initiatives and for creating an atmosphere in which market staff and volunteers successfully partner to meet all American Lung Association strategic imperatives.
