Fathom Events is seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill a Group Sales & Concierge position for its Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series, The Met: Live in HD. This part-time position (20-25 hours per week) will work in the marketing department and will be responsible for growing sales for The Met: Live in HD program by researching, sourcing, and building relationships with key target organizations; selling group ticket packages; processing and servicing all requests for groups; handling all group customer inquiries; and producing status reports. Additionally, the position will follow up on any inbound/organic leads that come in via the Fathom Events and partner websites. Knowledge of group sales in the performing arts space a major plus. Position will be paid hourly with additional commission opportunities on packages sold.

Manager, Guest Relations and Social Experience

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, the Manager of Guest Experience is responsible for leading and overseeing the Guest Support and Social Media Engagement teams. With the goal of driving performance against service, satisfaction and engagement metrics, this position will use guest insights and data to inform decision making across the organization as well as deliver effective execution of guest and social strategies.

Corporate Sales Consultant

Located in the corporate office of Fathom Events just south of the Denver Tech Center, Fathom Events is seeking a Corporate Sales Consultant. The role of the Corporate Sales Consultant is to create strategies, research and develop new corporate event opportunities for Fathom Events in the private (B2B) business events vertical. Individuals must utilize extensive strategic and critical thinking skills, demonstrate a solid understanding of the technology capabilities and scalable restraints of the various Fathom distribution platforms, exhibit the ability to transform client needs into deliverable events, and possess a level of understanding of technology, operations, marketing, finance, and business management to drive best in class growth results. Must be a team player with excellent communication and follow up skills that enables this position to work effectively across all key areas of responsibility to ensure initiatives are successful and profitable.

Public Relations Specialist – Temporary

The Public Relations Specialist will work closely with the Associate Public Relations Manager to assist in managing all aspects of the company’s public relations, including the development and execution of strategic PR initiatives designed to maximize awareness of and attendance to in-theater events, ultimately resulting in higher ticket sales. The PR Specialist will support key strategies for the team, including (1) the development and maintenance of client/vendor/media relationships, (2) development and execution of event PR strategy and plans for a high volume of events, and (3) management of additional PR tasks including the Fathom Events press site and press passes.

The position requires a strong background in public relations. The candidate must be a team player, excellent written and verbal communicator, motivated self-starter, strategic and creative thinker as well as have an entrepreneurial can-do mindset.

Event Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in all aspects of event promotions including assisting with targeted marketing programs designed to maximize in-theatre event ticket sales, developing value propositions and messaging to differentiate each unique event and helping to coordinate the creative process.

The ideal candidate has general marketing experience in the core fan/sports/music/entertainment industry or with an event marketing, advertising or promotions agency. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, extremely detail oriented, a strong writer and knowledgeable about current marketing concepts, comfortable working on a variety of events and clients.
