Work directly with senior management to develop regulatory case filings and strategies that support the company's strategic goals and objectives. Consult with subject matter experts throughout the company to develop filings and strategies consistent with company goals. Communicate and work effectively with regulatory case management teams to ensure filings consistent with strategies.

The Community Resilience Manager is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), Disaster Assistance Managers and other key stakeholders to support various emergency response efforts within the Operating Company (OpCo).

Build greater public understanding and acceptance of Xcel Energy's policies, programs and services by effectively communicating information about the company through the news media. Protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand image and foster fair news coverage by building positive working relationships with the media.
