The Development Director is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of YWCA’s fundraising and communication initiatives. This includes setting and meeting development revenue goals, managing individual giving, and overseeing grants management.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in fundraising and business development to fuel and oversee a dynamic fundraising program.
