The Dawson School is seeking a passionate and experienced Summer Camp Aquatics Lead to join our summer camp leadership team for Summer 2026.The ideal candidate is a dynamic and safety-minded leader who will oversee all aspects of the camp’s aquatics program, including staff supervision and pool operations. Reporting to the Summer Camp Programs Director, the Aquatics Lead will ensure that every camper enjoys a safe experience in and around the water.
