This job exists to: Maintain and enhance the organization’s payroll and benefits programs by analyzing, implementing, and evaluating payroll and benefits policies, programs, and practices. This position develops, recommends and installs approved, new or modified plans to maintain competitive position in the market place. Provide the daily oversight and systemization of the functioning of the team to ensure highly effective and competent payroll and benefits administration. Partner with HR Manager to assure a smooth hand off between HR and Payroll/Benefits and develop a strong partnership between these two teams. Build strong relationships and clear expectations with managers and serve as a resource to them.
