The Club Director serves as the leader of the Club and is responsible for the overall success of daily operations, staff leadership, member experience, program quality, safety, and community engagement. This role creates a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where youth are supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

The Business Services Manager is a key member of the BGCWC administrative team, responsible for providing business, financial, and data support necessary to maintain the organization’s day-to-day operations. It serves an integral role in financial tracking and coordination, gift processing, tracking of grant funding, club member and donor database management, and executive administrative support.
