In this position you will provide strategic leadership, operational expertise, business process development, data analysis and reporting, consortial governance leadership, and project management within CCCS for the ongoing operations, organizational planning, and evaluation of Colorado Online and other consortial operations (including the Rural College Consortium and the Colorado Skills Institute).

In this position you will provide fiscal and operational leadership and support for Workforce Solutions grants and other funding streams, including federal, state, and private funding sources. You will also be responsible for all financial and operational support of grant program compliance, including budget tracking and reconciliation, report management, and other day-to-day operations.
