The Creative Multimedia Manager leads the strategy, production, and execution of compelling photography and video that bring campus stories to life and elevate the university’s brand across channels. This role is responsible for developing and implementing processes, workflows, and standards that ensure consistent, high-quality multimedia content aligned with departmental and campus communication strategies.

Communications & Events Coordinator

The Communications and Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support organizational goals, brand awareness, and audience engagement. This role leads digital and print marketing efforts, content development, and storytelling across multiple channels, while also supporting the planning and execution of major organizational events.

UME Curriculum Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the medical student curriculum, specifically for the Plains Medical Sciences, Health & Society, and Vista curricula. The position will provide on-campus support of daily curriculum sessions, remote support of online learning, and planning support for functions like student scheduling and course material uploads.
