Purpose: The Business Development Manager will expand MomCo’s reach by starting new groups across the United States. Scope: By cultivating inbound leads and outbound prospects, the Business Development Manager will passionately assist churches, para-churches, organizations and mom leaders to start meetups in their communities. They will seek to meet and exceed goals.

We’re looking for a rare creative — someone who can both write beautiful, compelling copy and edit with laser precision. As our Copy Editor & Writer, you’ll be the guardian of grammar, voice, and tone across our content, and the pen behind many of our brand’s most important messages. You’ll write fresh copy, polish existing drafts, and ensure every word that goes out the door is clear, aligned, and typo-free.

As our Graphic Artist, you’ll design new programs and campaigns for internal teams, bringing coherence, originality, and bold visual clarity to everything you touch. You’ll collaborate with leaders across departments to shape the story and style of each initiative, then bring it to life with consistency and excellence. You’re not just a pixel-pusher — you’re a creative partner who listens deeply, iterates boldly, and doesn’t stop until it feels right.

Purpose: The Project Coordinator is a vital member of the Advancement team, providing essential administrative, logistical, written communication and executional support to ensure the smooth implementation of fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts. Working closely with the Advancement Manager, Director, and cross-departmental teams, this role keeps projects on track and ensures details are well managed and deadlines are met.
