The Part Time Weekend Hospitality Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for securing the property, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff, completing essential administrative tasks, and providing compassionate weekend support to families - helping ensure Brent’s Place delivers exceptional 24/7 hospitality housing.

The Food and Hospitality Manager is a newly created, mission-critical role responsible for overseeing all food operations and experiences – current and future - at Brent’s Place. This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. As the Food and Hospitality Manager, you define how food, hospitality, and human connection come together to support families during a medical crisis.

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Brent’s Place’s multi-year capital campaign by ensuring the smooth coordination of campaign activities, communications, and logistics. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex projects, supporting team success, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in executing initiatives to grow Brent’s Place’s community presence and supporter base. This position supports outreach efforts, coordinates volunteer activities, and leads the execution of events and partnership deliverables.

The Philanthropy Manager, Annual Fund, plays a critical leadership role in securing sustainable philanthropic support to advance Brent’s Place’s mission. This position is responsible for designing, growing, and managing a comprehensive mid-level giving program focused on donors contributing $1,000–$5,000, while building a strong pipeline of future major and campaign donors.
