Marketing Manager
Salary Range – $85k – $120k depending on experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our resort real estate development and ancillary businesses – someone who loves the mountains and wants to be surrounded by Colorado’s Colorado. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the resort real estate market, real estate trends, and the ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and elevate the overall customer experience. Preferably, the candidate will have experience in cultivating a niche brand and will be detail-oriented and a go-getter, able to manage multiple products at once and be excellent with follow-up.

A strong writer, editor and proofer, the candidate will also have a creative eye and have experience coordinating photo and video shoots. The manager will work closely with vendors and staff to achieve measurable marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target luxury resort buyers.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling to create compelling narratives for each development.
  • Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, videos, and other promotional tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving property sales and increasing customer engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to optimize lead generation.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand awareness and credibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Organize and execute high-profile events.
  • Oversee public relations efforts to position the company as a leader in luxury resort real estate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in luxury real estate or resort development.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and an understanding of the second home resort lifestyle market.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury real estate and a deep understanding of market trends.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Occasional Weekends & Events)
  • In office schedule during first 3 months with the opportunity for flexible schedule after initial 3-month period. After, in-office 3 days a week.
