The Role
The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented, well-organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will be crucial in planning, promoting, coordinating, and executing various projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and storytelling through creative content.
What you will do:
Marketing Campaigns: assist in the planning, executing, and analyzing marketing content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Content Creation: Coordinate compelling marketing materials, website content, event flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns. This includes helping create content that supports the Chamber’s initiatives and aligns with branding and messaging guidelines.
Support for Copy and Script Writing: with a high attention to detail and accuracy, supports the Marketing and Communications team in the drafting, creating, and editing of scripts, newsletters and various copy
Marketing Project Support: manage the Monday board to ensure all projects are entered, updates are made, and marketing deadlines are met.
Marketing Impression and Data Tracking and Analysis: Leveraging data from various marketing mediums for insights allows for synthesis to help determine efficacy. Prepare current and post-campaign reports for the Marketing Operations Manager to analyze and recommend future improvements.
Press Tracking: Track press via Meltwater and provide weekly written summary to team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in marketing, digital communications or journalism preferred

1 – 2 years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

Digital marketing experience

Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

Designs skills with experience working in Adobe Suite a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team
The coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team through effective marketing support Communications, ensuring the Chamber effectively engages its members and promotes its initiatives through innovative and strategic marketing efforts.
