About RevUp Growth Partners

RevUp Growth Partners is a growth strategy firm that helps for-profit and nonprofit organizations accelerate revenue growth through tailored marketing, fundraising, sales, and business development strategies. We work closely with our clients to create and implement high-impact solutions that drive measurable results.

Based in Denver, CO, RevUp was founded in 2023 by Cheryl and Brian Precious. We’re a small but mighty company with a lot of startup energy, and that sometimes means wearing multiple hats or figuring things out as we go. As our first employee, you’ll play a key role in helping us lay the foundation for a scalable, sustainable, and joyful business.

We are collaborative, transparent, and scrappy. We move quickly, take smart risks, and always learn from the results. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Manager (20–25 hours/week) to keep the trains running and help us build a strong operational foundation as we continue to grow. This role will be responsible for client and partner onboarding, internal systems and processes, basic financial support, project management, and executive support to our co-founders. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to marketing and communications, including things like updating the website, organizing webinars, or helping us maintain a social media presence.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in operations or administration in a consulting firm, marketing agency, or other professional services environment;

  • Love keeping things organized and humming (your spreadsheets have spreadsheets);

  • Are highly self-directed and proactive – you’re able to mostly work independently but you’re also clear on when to ask for support;

  • Have a healthy respect for strong systems and a knack for finding clarity in chaos;

  • Can manage up effectively, keeping leadership organized and on track;

  • Aren’t afraid to ask questions and propose new ways of doing things;

  • Enjoy a wide variety of tasks and find satisfaction in making others’ work lives easier;

  • Are curious, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new systems and tools;

  • Are excited about the opportunity to help shape the internal culture and infrastructure of a growing company.

Internal Systems & Finance

  • Manage day-to-day operations including document management, internal communications, and scheduling

  • Own invoicing, light bookkeeping, and expense tracking in collaboration with our bookkeeper and accountant

  • Help develop and improve our internal processes and systems as we grow

Project & Executive Support

  • Provide project management support for key client and internal initiatives

  • Act as executive assistant to Cheryl and Brian, including calendar management, meeting prep, and logistics

  • Plan and execute events (on occasion), such as quarterly PD offerings for subcontractors, celebration/holiday events, and other events as needed

  • Keep leadership organized and informed, serving as the glue that holds it all together

Marketing & Communications

  • Support social media content scheduling and simple website updates

  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and events like webinars or speaking engagements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an operations, administrative, or executive support role in a fast-paced professional setting

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Sharepoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp)

  • Experience managing calendars, supporting teams, and keeping projects on track

  • A self-starter mentality and comfort working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, HubSpot, or WordPress
