About the Role
TARRA is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to own all revenue across memberships, private offices, and partnerships. This role is the heartbeat of our growth engine—you’ll be responsible for building and closing a robust pipeline, forging lasting corporate partnerships, and ensuring high retention and referrals from our community.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on results, loves building relationships, and isn’t afraid of ambitious targets. This is an opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role where your performance directly drives company growth.
What You’ll Do
Membership Sales (Core Revenue Responsibility)

Own revenue for all membership products:

Individual, Small Team, and Enterprise Membership

Private Office Memberships
-

Drive growth through prospecting, tours, and creative deal-making.

Ensure strong retention, renewals, and referrals across all member categories.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

Manage the full sales funnel—from pipeline building to closing—while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Partnership & Sponsorship Sales

Build and grow sponsorship and corporate membership revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing new opportunities.

Create custom sponsorship packages aligned with partner goals.

Serve as the key relationship manager for corporate sponsors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and impact.
Community & Team Leadership

Be the face of TARRA in the community—attending networking events, forging local connections, and representing our brand with passion.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional member and sponsor experience.

Support events, campus tours, and community initiatives that drive engagement and sales.

Contribute to a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck culture, including space openings/closings and shared team duties.
What We’re Looking For

Proven closer: You have 5+ years in B2B/B2C sales with a track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals.
