Member Experience Associate (Part-time)

  • Location: In-Person. This role is 12-20 hours a week based on the candidate.

  • Ideal Start Date: October 2025

About the Role

At TARRA, we believe community and hospitality go hand-in-hand. As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll be the face of our community—welcoming members and guests, keeping our space running seamlessly, and helping deliver the high-touch, hospitality-driven experience TARRA is known for.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days look the same. From front desk hospitality to community engagement, light event support, and facility upkeep, you’ll play a key role in creating an environment where our members can do their best work and feel at home.

What You’ll Do

Community & Hospitality

  • Be the first point of contact—warmly greeting members and guests with professionalism and positivity.

  • Support day-to-day member needs, answer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects TARRA’s values.

  • Assist with onboarding new members and helping them integrate into the community.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily communications through the hello@tarra.co inbox and field inquiries related to membership, events, and vendors

  • Support mail services, document updates, and executive team needs.

  • Coordinate logistics for projects and help maintain smooth internal communications.

Facilities & Space Management

  • Ensure the space is always member-ready: clean, organized, and aesthetically polished.

  • Perform daily walkthroughs to check presentation (meeting rooms, kitchen, plants, tech).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT/AV issues (Wi-Fi, A/V, access systems), escalating as needed.

  • Support the General Manager with maintenance, vendor coordination, and event set-up.

  • Share responsibility for opening and closing the space.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office management, hospitality, coworking, or customer service roles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask gracefully.

  • Proactive, resourceful mindset—you spot what needs to be done and do it.

  • Tech comfort: you don’t need to be an IT pro, but you’re comfortable learning new systems (CRM, access/security, A/V).

  • A team player with high integrity, empathy, and dependability.

  • Enthusiasm for Denver’s entrepreneurial and creative communities.
