About TARRA
Our network brings together a diverse mix of founders, hybrid workers, small business owners, and leaders who are united by a shared drive to grow, create, and make meaningful impact through their work.
Whether you are looking for a social space to build your network, a coworking space to focus and work without distractions, or want a customized private office space to accommodate a growing team, we are here to support you on your professional journey…every step of the way.
About the Role
At TARRA, we believe community and hospitality go hand-in-hand. As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll be the face of our community—welcoming members and guests, keeping our space running seamlessly, and helping deliver the high-touch, hospitality-driven experience TARRA is known for.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days look the same. From front desk hospitality to community engagement, light event support, and facility upkeep, you’ll play a key role in creating an environment where our members can do their best work and feel at home.
What You’ll Do
Community & Hospitality
-
Be the first point of contact—warmly greeting members and guests with professionalism and positivity.
-
Support day-to-day member needs, answer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects TARRA’s values.
-
Assist with onboarding new members and helping them integrate into the community.
Operations & Administration
-
Manage daily communications through the hello@tarra.co inbox and field inquiries related to membership, events, and vendors
-
Support mail services, document updates, and executive team needs.
-
Coordinate logistics for projects and help maintain smooth internal communications.
Facilities & Space Management
-
Ensure the space is always member-ready: clean, organized, and aesthetically polished.
-
Perform daily walkthroughs to check presentation (meeting rooms, kitchen, plants, tech).
-
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT/AV issues (Wi-Fi, A/V, access systems), escalating as needed.
-
Support the General Manager with maintenance, vendor coordination, and event set-up.
-
Share responsibility for opening and closing the space.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in office management, hospitality, coworking, or customer service roles.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask gracefully.
-
Proactive, resourceful mindset—you spot what needs to be done and do it.
-
Tech comfort: you don’t need to be an IT pro, but you’re comfortable learning new systems (CRM, access/security, A/V).
-
A team player with high integrity, empathy, and dependability.
-
Enthusiasm for Denver’s entrepreneurial and creative communities.
Why Join TARRA?
-
Complimentary TARRA Membership for you + a guest.
-
Annual bonus opportunity.
-
Accrued sick time per Colorado law.
-
Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team shaping the future of community, work, and connection in Denver.
