The Boulder Library Foundation has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations and help ensure the work of our Executive Director and Board of Directors is optimized for maximum impact. Responsibilities include general office support, database, social media and website support, occasional volunteer coordination, and light bookkeeping.

Administrative Assistant – Lower School

CA seeks a full-time staff position which reports directly to the Lower School Principal effective June 2024. The primary role of this position is to support the principal, faculty, staff, parents, and students in the Lower School. This is a full-time, 12-month position.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant exists to provide high-level program, administrative, and technical support for the Executive Director, to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved. This includes planning and organizing various meetings for staff, compiling data, and preparing management reports that assist the Executive Director.
