Executive Office Coordination & Document Control Specialist

CSU Global is looking to hire an Executive Office Coordination and Document Control Specialist to support four Vice Presidents and President in centralizing, coordinating, and maintaining key institutional information including budgeting documents, strategic plans, events, and contacts, with the responsibility for determining the most efficient way to record and track such information. The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring the coordination and/or execution of facility activities regarding office maintenance and safety.
