Office Assistant (Marketing Department)

Aimco is looking for an Office Assistant to join our Marketing Team. Our Office Assistant supports the Media Buying Team by maintaining various functions of the marketing database system and providing accounting, accounts payable, and vendor management duties. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are needed.


Under the supervision of the Director of Internal Operations, this position collaborates closely with the Assistant Director of Data Management and CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) to lead the development and management of data reporting and systems, as well as assist in the maintenance and training of staff on the technological tools used in the office. This position will contribute to the University’s increased enrollment by creating reports and providing in-depth analysis to facilitate the development and evaluation of admissions operations, recruitment, and outreach. The Admissions Data and Operations Analyst also serves as part of a team responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting the Constituent Relationship Management system, Ellucian CRM Recruit.

The City of Aurora General Employees’ Retirement Plan (GERP) is seeking an experienced professional to manage administrative functions for a small office. GERP is a defined benefit pension plan operated for the benefit of City of Aurora employees. Working under the direction of GERP’s Board of Trustees, a three-person staff provides information to participants, calculates and processes benefit payments and oversees the plan’s relationships with external investment managers and other professional service providers. Position Overview
This full-time position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations in a professional office environment located in Aurora, CO. Duties are wide ranging and include, but are not limited to, answering general inquiry phone calls and emails; preparing correspondence; maintaining office records (both electronic and physical); assisting other staff members with administrative needs; and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and building management. Responsibilities also include assisting with basic accounting duties. Must be flexible and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
