Administrative Associate

Job Description:
Administrative support and successful coordination and maintenance of CBCA’s programs and events, as well as ongoing development and membership efforts.

This position reports directly to CBCA’s Executive Director and works closely with the Program Director and the Membership & Development Manager.

The Administrative Assistant oversees the day to day operations of the CELL offices, provides a full range of administrative support to executive and senior management, and assists in data collection and entry to support CELL community and education programs.

Office/HR Coordinator

We are looking for a tech savvy, proactive Office/HR Coordinator to join our team, who will help general office administration and HR support our overall organization. General Purpose:
(1) Help manage the intake of new qualified clients and new matters, with the objective of providing a pleasant and easy experience for the client, while keeping relevant attorneys adequately informed about the prospect prior to sales meeting or pitch. Likewise, the Intake Specialist will help screen out unqualified clients and matters.

(2) Help manage marketing of the Firm, including: website, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and presentations. This will include working with service providers where applicable.

Administrative Assistant (Sales & Marketing)

Part-time position with full time potential, collaborates between and supports Sales, Marketing and Technical department by developing content, editing graphics and visual content, supporting social media, and related tasks.
