Job Title: Administrative Assistant
FLSA Status: Part-time, Non-exempt, 15-18 hours weekly
Salary Range: $22 – $26/hour
Benefits: PTO accrued monthly

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Administrative Assistant will support office and parish logistics including:

  • Work with internal and external groups to manage building reservations/expectations and update parish calendar. (25%)
  • Administer day-to-day functions of the office including answering phones/emails/in-person visits, ordering supplies, and providing organizational support. (25%)
  • Create and uphold a physical and digital filing system. (15%)
  • Work concurrently with Director of Operations on parish communications- weekly email, weekly bulletin, emails to vendors, parishioners and groups. (15%)
  • Take ownership over physical space cleanliness and function. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned. (10%)

This is a fully in-person role with flexibility to set your own schedule during office hours (Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm) and in consultation with the Director of Operations.
