EXPLORE, Inc. (www.exploreinc.com) is an exclusive, custom African tour specialist with teams in Colorado and Massachusetts. Seeking two full-time, senior positions to join our teams, one in custom trip sales and one is in group travel operations. These challenging jobs involve management of trip logistics, travel documents, itineraries, accounting, customer service and more! Ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for math and basic accounting, knowledge of Excel and other standard programs, and is detail oriented, a fast learner, outgoing, and able to meet deadlines under pressure with a positive, professional attitude. Previous travel industry experience is essential; knowledge of Africa required for sales position. Work 40 hours per week with growth opportunities, salary pending experience. Currently a work from home position for the operations position, in office or remote for sales position.

Responsibilities and Duties
Handling accounting; customer service; corresponding with partners in Africa; booking trips; managing travel documents for clients and program group leaders; overseeing quality of the programs; negotiating terms with providers; long term strategic thinking.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in the travel industry and handling trip logistics essential.
