First Descents (FD) is a nonprofit that provides life-changing outdoor adventures for young adults (ages 18-39) impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions. The Program Coordinator (PC) – Recruitment & Engagement is responsible for the participant experience throughout the program application process and their involvement with First Descents’ program offerings.
