Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Accounting Associate with 3–5 years of experience who wants a role with real ownership, variety, and growth. You’ll support the day‑to‑day accounting for the portfolio of leased vehicles and equipment assets, manage monthly billing, and play a key role as we transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  If you enjoy learning new systems, improving processes, and taking on responsibilities that accelerate your career, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets
  • Maintain accounting records for a fleet of leased vehicles and related financing
  • Track acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and lease activity
  • Prepare and process monthly billing for customers and recurring lease charges
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loan balances, and interest expense
  • Assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Prepare reports and documentation for quarterly and year‑end financial reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide requested support
  • Assist with sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
  • Support treasury activities, including wires, ACH payments, and lender payoffs
  • Help build and refine processes as we implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Why This Role Is a Great Fit

  • You’ll learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and gain hands‑on ERP implementation experience
  • You’ll grow fast — exposure to asset accounting, billing, treasury, and reporting
  • You won’t be stuck doing repetitive work — automation and process improvement are priorities
  • You’ll work directly with leadership, not buried in a large accounting department
  • You’ll build skills that accelerate your path toward Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (GL, reconciliations, billing, month‑end close)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Experience with QuickBooks; ERP experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Interest in asset‑based accounting, lease accounting, or treasury work (we’ll train you)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Opportunities for advancement as the company grows
  • Training and development during the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
  • Supportive, collaborative work environment
