The director oversees the design, development, and continuous improvement of PSIA-AASI’s learning architecture, professional development pathways, digital learning systems, and emerging education initiatives supporting a variety of organizational constituents and professional experiences.

Working collaboratively with its counterpart, the Director of Standards, Credentialing, and Quality Assurance, as well as regional education leaders, subject matter experts, the PSIA-AASI National Team, U.S. snowsports school leaders, and internal departments, this role will create flexible, scalable, and relevant professional development experiences that reflect the evolving needs of today’s instructors, trainers, and leaders.
