Summary
Description
RiNo Art District is a grassroots nonprofit made up of passionate advocates who believe in the power of art to connect people and create a thriving community. Art is the common thread that unites the district and the lens through which we view our work in support of accessibility, wellness, and community connection through shared cultural experiences at all levels of creativity. Our work is deeply place-based and inclusive of the historic neighborhoods of Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Five Points, and Cole, where artists, residents, brewers, businesses, chefs, and cultural partners come together to shape a living creative ecosystem. Working at RiNo means being close to the action: collaborating with committed creatives and neighbors, supporting visible, city-shaping initiatives, and contributing to cultural experiences that strengthen community, foster belonging, and invite people into shared public life.
The Marketing Intern supports RiNo Art District's digital presence by helping create, schedule, and maintain social media content and other public-facing materials. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for an emerging professional who wants to build real-world digital marketing experience within a mission-driven, place-based nonprofit.
The Marketing Intern reports to the Digital Marketing Coordinator, who provides day-to-day direction, feedback, and mentorship. This role focuses on content creation and social media support, giving the intern focused, practical experience rather than broad responsibility across all marketing channels. This position is funded for one year, with a possibility of increasing hours to full time in the future.
