Designer (Part-Time, Contract)
Causeworthy is seeking a versatile Designer with strong production skills to bring community-driven campaigns to life across print, and digital platforms. This is a part-time, contract role where your creativity will directly support education, public health and initiatives that impact the lives of women, children and communities.

The Role
You’ll use your creative and technical expertise to design across formats, from social media content to polished presentations and print-ready materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Design for both digital and print platforms.

Develop animations and motion graphics for presentations, reels, and campaigns.

Create engaging social media assets (graphics, carousels, reels).

Design and build the technical aspects of presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides. (Understanding of Microsoft systems required)

Prepare production-ready files and mechanicals for print with a strong understanding of prepress and the printing process.

Collaborate directly with our Founder and small team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and meet deadlines.
What You Bring

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Proficiency and technical skills in setting up PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Experience designing for social media, print, and motion.

Knowledge of print vs. digital design requirements and workflows.

Illustration and infographic design skills are a plus.

Ability to convert designs to Canva templates.

Familiarity with collaborative platforms (Slack, Monday, project management tools) is helpful.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple files and formats.

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while staying organized and composed.

A passion for using design to support social impact and storytelling.
-
English proficiency required.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Contract Details

Commitment: 10-12 hours/week

Duration: 6 months
-
Rate: $50/hour
-
Working Hours: Must be located within the timezones of the continental United States

Hiring Process
The hiring process will consist of three steps:

Resume and file review
-
All candidates must submit the required portfolio and file submissions for review with their resume.

Phone Interview

Following review of portfolio and files, candidates selected will be invited to a 30 minute phone interview.

Zoom interview
-
The final interview will be a 30 minute, camera on, video interview with the CEO and Founder of Causeworthy, Erin Autrey.
