The Google Technical Services Ads team is a solution-generating force that helps our sales teams and advertisers. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. Google Technical Services Campaign Services (gCS) is a services team with the vision of providing best-in-class service for all of Google’s Advertising clients. Working within our Google Technical Services function, you help the wider Large Customer Services team better serve Google’s worldwide user base for our AdWords product. Your team will be supporting Google’s top advertisers and agencies by providing the best possible solution to improve performance and identify opportunities on AdWords, Google Display Network, YouTube, Programmatic and Brand advertising.
As the Head of Campaign Implementation Services, your responsibilities will be managing people on your team, including other people managers, who will monitor, intervene as required with campaign suggestions, develop compelling account insights, develop scalable solutions and eventually transform the area of ad campaign management for Google. You will also manage other managers whose teams provide AdWords campaign implementation support to all Large Customers in Americas across all AdWords products. You will oversee the coaching of these high-performing teams to understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions. You’ll work with the Google Technical Services leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
