As our Graphic Artist, you’ll design new programs and campaigns for internal teams, bringing coherence, originality, and bold visual clarity to everything you touch. You’ll collaborate with leaders across departments to shape the story and style of each initiative, then bring it to life with consistency and excellence. Key Responsibilities

Artistry
• Create new brand identities for internal departments, products, and campaigns — naming, logo development, typography, and supporting visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand abstract ideas or loose direction and turn them into strong, clear visuals.
• Elevate the MomCo master brand through refinement, evolution, and campaign-level adaptations.
• Ensure print-ready files, brand integration, and overall product excellence.
• Design compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, print materials, digital platforms, merchandise, and events.
• Bring a creative edge to everything from slide decks and social media assets to packaging and signage.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with tone, mission, and voice.

Creative Collaboration & Concepting (10%)
• Serve in various working groups as needed to dream, prototype, and execute big ideas.
• Stay ahead of design trends and ensure MomCo’s visual presence remains fresh, relevant, and disruptive in the best way through self-driven research.

Job Qualifications
• Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and Values Statement.
• 3+ years of experience in brand identity, graphic design, or art direction.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both brand and campaign design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Clear communicator, fast worker, thoughtful designer.
• Comfortable iterating through feedback to find the strongest solution.
• A deep love for visuals that tell a story and connect to real human emotion.
• You’re trustworthy with sensitive information — you know when something is still behind-the-scenes, in development, or under wraps, and you treat it that way.

• Pay range: $24 – $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
