WHO WE ARE

Impact on Education is the nonprofit foundation that supports students in Boulder Valley’s public schools. Since 1983, we've mobilized our community to invest in student success. When economic pressures affect students or schools, we remove financial barriers that keep kids from the opportunities they deserve. We fund and run programs that support learning, well-being, and future-readiness. Our resources are focused where they’re needed most so every kid can thrive.

Based in Louisville, Colorado, we are passionate and ambitious professionals who are committed to making a difference in students’ lives. You’ll be part of a fun, driven, and collaborative team environment. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply to join our team.

THE ROLE

Impact on Education is at an exciting time of growth and expansion, and we are strengthening our operational foundation. The Operations & Administration Manager will serve as our administrative backbone—keeping day-to-day work running smoothly while finding clever ways to streamline how we operate.

This is a dynamic hybrid role, perfect for someone who likes to execute the details and always notices how something could be improved. On any given day, you might set up a clear online process to save the team time on data entry, coordinate event details across teams, coordinate cross-functional logistics for an upcoming event, or prepare a high-level presentation for a Board meeting. You will own established core operations while proactively looking out for new office needs and setting up clear systems that help our team stay organized and effective.
