Part-Time Operations Manager 

Location: Denver, 9+CO + Hybrid Remote
Hours: This is a role with flexible hours, primarily Monday–Friday. While you can generally set your own schedule, we’re looking for someone who is consistently available, responsive during business hours, and willing to occasionally jump in for time-sensitive tasks during evenings or weekends.
Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 annually ($35/hour) + performance-based bonuses

As our business grows, we’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager who will be the operational backbone of our team. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our systems, supporting clients, and ensuring our team is set up to deliver a top-tier real estate experience — all while having fun and fostering a strong team culture.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will support both the Managing Broker and broader brokerage operations, serving as the go-to person for systems management, client support, marketing coordination, and transaction logistics.

You’ll be empowered to take ownership of key business processes, support client communications, help execute strategic initiatives, and ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

Brokerage Operations

  • Ensure compliance, legal, tax requirements are met 
  • Evaluate and manage preferred vendor partnerships for service quality and value
  • Work with managing broker to onboard new agents 
  • Work in Brokermint and CRM tools to manage compliance, processes, and transactions
  • Manage client touch systems and marketing methods (e.g. birthday gifts, marketing emails, mailers)
  • Plan 6 annual client events as well as various internal meetings
  • Audit and improve client buy/sell checklists, email templates and intake forms
  • Oversee office inventory and restock supplies as needed 

Support for Managing Broker

  • Act as a second point of contact for clients throughout the transaction (e.g., auditing/responding to emails, working with outside Transaction Coordinator to ensure file runs smoothly)
  • Schedule showings, meetings, and coordinate services (photos, staging, cleanings, etc.)
  • Produce/audit listing marketing materials (MLS inputs, flyers, mailers, social media content and reverse prospecting emails)
  • Prepare thoughtful gifts and communications to clients and referral partners
  • If licensed, draft contracts for Broker review 
  • Social media posting and strategy 

Marketing & Content Support

  • Run brokerage Instagram account, including editing monthly market update video  
  • Design, build and manage lead capture systems
  • Draft and send monthly newsletter 
  • Maintain backend website updates 
  • Design and order marketing materials
  • Coordinate with vendors for content shoots 

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Run errands, order supplies, resolve tech issues
  • Serve as liaison to co-working office space staff, acting as office manager for our team
  • Execute one-off projects and document new or updated SOPs
  • Occasionally assist during evenings or weekends for urgent / time-sensitive needs

Requirements

  • Working computer and tech proficiency
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to be client-facing and perform off-site tasks
  • Social media/marketing experience a plus
  • Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain a plus 
  • Open to shifting to full-time as company grows a plus
