nature of positionThis position will deliver comprehensive legal and administrative support for the Legal Operations team of Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Responsibilities include supporting the Legal team on various matters, including commercial lending, single-family programs, bond issuances, and corporate and asset management matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing various administrative and executive tasks related to legal and business matters.
Will assist in-house attorneys with closing multifamily residential & commercial mortgage loans, providing legal & regulatory research support to all business units, & assisting with other closings & real estate projects as requested (including grant fundings, commercial loan closings with non-real estate collateral, commercial loan workouts, and collateral dispositions). Will collaborate directly with a team of attorneys & commercial loan closers & report to the Sr. Managing Attorney.
The Grants and Philanthropy Coordinator will support all fund development efforts for the assigned region of Mercy Housing including invoicing, payroll and allocation monitoring, active grant spending and generating data reports and outcomes.
The position is responsible for all aspects of resort development strategic envisioning and execution of projects to create and increase the value of Palisades Tahoe, Big Bear Mammoth Mountain, and Schweitzer resorts. This encompasses all resort owned lands, facility, hospitality, and retail investments including land use entitlement and re-zoning, resort development master planning, design development and in some instances development execution.
