Summary

This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and tracking of two new programs: Partner Program and Community Action Partner Program (CAPs). The Partner Program will connect and educate organizations working within the Parkinson’s community to provide a better understanding of how to properly care for People with Parkinson’s. The CAPs program will train volunteers to provide education in the community and coordinate events and programs.

Position Overview
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and tracking of two new programs: Partner Program and Community Action Partner Program (CAPs).  The Partner Program will connect and educate organizations working within the Parkinson’s community to provide a better understanding of how to properly care for People with Parkinson’s.  The CAPs program will train volunteers to provide education in the community and coordinate events and programs where volunteers can share the services offered by our organization.     
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
Partner Program

  • Develop, implement and manage the Partner Program.
    • Responsible for developing a strategic plan to roll out a program to select partners and determine what is necessary to implement and track the program once developed.
    • Determine reporting requirements and key metrics for partners.
    • Provide project management for the program and work with all involved departments including marketing and development.
    • Develop a library of training videos.  Find topics, speakers and coordinate filming and editing of videos for website.
    • Develop “partner page” on website for private access of material and videos to program participants.
    • Provide in-person training for programs and develop a “train the trainer” module so others can provide relevant in-person training.

Community Action Partner Program

  • Manage, track and grow the Community Action Partners Program
    • Continuing development of training modules for volunteers interested in CAPs.
    • Develop orientation process for new volunteers.
    • Develop a process to update current CAPs volunteers on available events and gather feedback after events
    • Evaluate feedback from all events and adapt appropriately to event feedback.
    • Work with Programs Team to find potential volunteers and access regional events.
    • Maintenance of website, contact list and evaluations.

Analyzing & Adapting

  • Develop and manage key performance indicators and analytics to track effectiveness of programs
  • Measure and report impact of all program activities
  • Direct and analyze audience engagement and use findings and insights to inform and strengthen our initiatives.
  • In collaboration with the Executive Director, manage the budget and financial reporting for all programs.

Qualifications

  • Public speaking skills a must.
  • Excellent computer literacy in MS Office products, social media, databases, CMS a plus (Sales Force).
  • Flexibility in work hours and working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must work as a team member and enjoy a small office environment. 
  • Ability to work some weekends
