What’s the role?
As a Service Technician in our Loveland, CO office, you’ll be hands-on with building, testing and repairing advanced high-voltage, high-power devices. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot technical challenges, repair electronic systems, and keep production running smoothly. Your work ensures that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Travel for work will be less than 10% of your time.

You must be physically able to perform duties including, but not limited to: stooping, kneeling, working overhead, climbing stairs, standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. What You’ll Do

  • Analyze, test, and repair electro-mechanical hardware using electrical schematics, diagrams and CAD drawings
  • Troubleshoot and repair high-power, high-voltage, RF devices
  • Work on electronic systems and sub-assemblies including some assembly work
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting as needed via phone/videocall and email.
  • Keep pace with a dynamic production schedule
  • Enjoy a daytime schedule only—no swing or night shifts

What You’ll Need

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (with relevant work experience as a plus), OR at least 3 years working successfully as a technician
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical systems and PCBs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven
  • RF and/or X-ray test experience – preferred
  • Proficient in use of spectrum analyzer and vector network analyzer – preferred
  • Familiarity with AGILE or an equivalent document management system – preferred
  • Forklift certification or the willingness to undergo company-provided certification
  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for export control licenses – required
