Director of Development and Marketing
Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Board of Directors, the Director of Development & Marketing serves in an executive leadership role and has strategic and operational accountability for all developmental and brand marketing initiatives. The Director of Development & Marketing is also responsible for securing financial resources through events, grants and sponsorships which support Adoption Options programs and services. The Director of Development & Marketing serves as the face of Adoption Options in furtherance of strategic goals and engages constituents, as appropriate. Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing and development. Master’s degree or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation preferred.
