As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in advancing this mission by supporting the CEO’s efforts to close the equity gap in education and workforce development. This position goes beyond administrative duties—it is an opportunity to help shape the systems and processes that drive change for students, educators, and employers across the globe.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-level support role, particularly in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver who is energized by tackling challenges in environments with minimal direction or evolving processes.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in managing confidential information and relationships.
